AQUA’s interface has been redesigned from the ground up. Onboarding is smoother and more intentional. The home screen is cleaner and more informative. Sending, receiving, and reviewing transactions now feels natural and informative, instead of mechanical and overwhelming. The new home screen also sets the tone immediately, showing your balance, a live Bitcoin price chart, and the information that matters most, right where you expect it.
Transaction details now tell a story without digging. You can see what a recipient actually received, what your bitcoin was worth at the moment the transaction was executed, and exactly how value moved.
One App, Many Wallets
For the first time, AQUA supports multiple wallets inside a single app, unlocking entirely new ways to use Bitcoin day to day. Separate savings from spending, personal funds from business funds, or whatever you need.
Merchants benefit immediately. Multi-wallet support works seamlessly with the SamRock Protocol in BTCPay Server, making merchant setups simpler, cleaner, and easier to manage without extra apps or workarounds. Wallets can be named, switched between instantly, and used with intention.

Bitcoin, Made More Readable
As Bitcoin grows, precision matters. AQUA 0.4.0 introduces smarter formatting that makes everything easier to read at a glance. We’ve added support for BTC, Bits, and Sats, along with the Satspace Standard, visually separating fractional satoshis for clarity. Addresses, transaction IDs, and invoices now have a new font along with color-coded numerals to reduce visual ambiguity and improve ease of verification, helping prevent mistakes before they happen.
It’s a small detail you’ll notice immediately, and miss everywhere else.
Faster Flows, Fewer Frictions
Sending and receiving flows have been streamlined across the board. The flows are cleaner, the steps are clearer, and confirmation screens feel intentional instead of abrupt. Lightning receives are now more accessible than ever, with lower minimums that dynamically update. USDt swaps feel more transparent. Even fiat selection is smoother and less interruptive.
