A spec should be written on how silent payments send and receive with confidential transactions can be implemented in the LWK library for the Liquid Network. Specifically for receives, it is required that the implementation should follow the "Tweak Server" model as defined in BIP0352-index-server-specification. The spec should be approved by JAN3 and Blockstream and merged as an ELIP proposal.
A wallet or any other consumer of the LWK library should be able to generate and receive payments to silent payment addresses on Liquid. The implementation should follow the spec that is the result of the "Design and Write a Spec for How Silent Payments Send and Receive Can Be Implemented in the LWK Library for the Liquid Network" task.

All bounty payouts are made at the sole and absolute discretion of JAN3. JAN3 reserves the right to determine the eligibility of any submission, to decide whether a payout will be made (including the option to pay nothing), to set the amount of any reward, and to modify, suspend, or terminate any bounty program or individual bounty at any time, with or without notice. Submission of a report or solution does not create any obligation or guarantee of payment.
