A spec should be written on how silent payments send and receive with confidential transactions can be implemented in the LWK library for the Liquid Network. Specifically for receives, it is required that the implementation should follow the "Tweak Server" model as defined in BIP0352-index-server-specification. The spec should be approved by JAN3 and Blockstream and merged as an ELIP proposal.
A wallet or any other consumer of the LWK library should be able to generate and receive payments to silent payment addresses on Liquid.
